At TsukiGlass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal glassware; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure their delicate surfaces remain pristine.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap the glassware in its original protective foam and boxing to prevent breakage during transit, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the glassware for damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
